The team at the lobby were especially helpful and welcoming, including MS DIAH & Madesta & Gede and all of them. Dwi also deserves special thanks for the great service and warm hospitality. Everyone was friendly. The pool is big, and the gym is huge and well equipped. This was my second stay at Secana Hotel, and I’ll definitely come back. The room feels almost like a small apartment, with plenty of space, a living room, dining table, and even a kitchen. It made for a really pleasant, comfortable stay, and I highly recommend it if you want somewhere comfortable with great service.

I was really feeling the rooftop, with its amazing ocean view and the welcome cocktail I got to choose. There was even an acoustic performance on Sunday. The reception staff were friendly, smiling, and polite, and they helped with everything through check-in, which was very quick. I spent three nights at Secana with my family and had a truly beautiful experience. Everything was provided, the beds were super comfy, and it felt like home. We need to come back soon.

The mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, even though the room's build quality wasn't quite what I’d expect from a five-star place. I’ve visited Bali quite often, and this was one of my best stays. The loft design was beautiful, the amenities were top-notch, and the staff were genuinely warm and incredibly helpful throughout. Five stars for the hospitality and service. I really appreciated the team’s effort to make my stay pleasant.

The rooftop bar and food added a lot to our stay. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the hotel has a great vibe. Its location is ideal for the beach and nearby spots. The service really stood out. Everyone across the hotel was welcoming, attentive, and professional. They handled our requests and concerns quickly and efficiently, so everything felt smooth and stress-free. We had a great stay and would happily return and recommend it to others.

The location made it easy to get around, with shops and restaurants within walking distance and a free town shuttle stop right at the doorstep. We loved staying at Secana. The staff were all friendly and helpful, with amazing communication and extra effort on our behalf. The rooftop pool and bar, three-level gym, and sauna were all amazing, clean, and well maintained. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon!
