Breakfast was tasty, and I liked the local details in the decor. The rooms are cozy and clean, the staff welcoming, and the whole place feels relaxing. 99 Guest House was a lovely base for exploring Yogyakarta. I’d happily come back.

The AC was nice and cool, the room clean, and the staff friendly. It’s affordable too. I’ll be back tomorrow, and I’d recommend it.

The room was really clean and well equipped, and the price is easy on the wallet 😁. I go back and forth to Jogja often, so I can see myself becoming a regular. Keep it up 👍

I’d booked two rooms through the app and paid in full. When we arrived at 11, they wouldn’t let us check in yet, so I left my bag at reception and went out. That night, the hotel said the rate was higher than the app listing and asked us for another 300,000 IDR for the two rooms. They blamed the app for showing the wrong price, even though we’d already paid. I was furious with the service, so we canceled and requested a refund. The app responded quickly and returned the money the next day. This hotel was incompetent and irresponsible. Don’t be fooled.
