Bnv House by OYO Rooms

My money never came back, and OYO customer service couldn’t help. The place wasn’t marked accurately on the map, so I wasted ages going back and forth trying to find it. OYO manages it, and their system often has problems like overbooking. You can complain if you booked through the OYO app, but if you used Agoda, don’t expect a refund or even customer service to work through the issue. Save yourself the time. If you can spend a bit more, find another guest house.
