The new building has clean, comfortable rooms with a nice look, and the facilities are complete. There's a refrigerator in the room, plus a microwave and dispenser in the kitchen. The stove wasn't working because the gas had run out. The TV has Netflix too. The problem was the gmaps point, which was wrong and made the place hard to find. It's down an alley that ends in a dead end.

Even though I booked well ahead, they canceled all of a sudden, saying the price didn't match the rate for my dates. If that rate was wrong, why was it listed at that price in the first place?

I ordered through IG, and then they said his IG had been hacked. Well, it's his account, so he's the one who failed to keep it secure. Customers transfer money to the account number posted there, and then when we asked about the room we'd ordered, they said MANAGEMENT CAN'T HELP. EMBARRASSING.

I paid through Agoda, but the hotel said it still hadn't received the money. They told me to make a direct booking instead and pay 50%. Be careful with hotels like this.

The waiter was friendly, and Keenan was helpful, so things were okay. Still, it's a shame they charge extra for early check-in. That's not usually something you have to pay for.
