The staff were kind and polite, and the hotel is close to two colleges. It's about three minutes from a food center and 20 minutes from the city center. My room wasn't great: the water boiler was broken, there was an insect in the bathroom and on the sofa, and the bathroom had no glass walls. The hotel should improve its cleanliness and have rooms ready when guests arrive.

The linens had lots of spots, the towels smelled damp, the TV remote didn't work, and the Wi-Fi was weak. Parking was limited, so finding a spot after returning late could be difficult. The hotel is quite far from the main attractions, and I was given a corner room that meant a 300 m walk from the entrance. I asked to switch rooms but was turned down. I was also charged for late checkout just one minute after noon. I won't be back, and I'd consider other options next time.

The rooms are comfortable and affordable, with enough space for three adults. The bathroom was clean and not stuffy, and its ventilation helps air circulate there and into the bedroom if you leave the door open. The AC wasn't very cool, so I left it running whenever I went out to get the room cool. There's also a fairly large parking area.

My husband had stayed here before our trip and recommended it, and we had a great stay too. The place was clean, the staff were welcoming and friendly, and there was plenty of parking.
