There's a small outdoor pool and plenty of parking, plus they have their own coffee shop and bakery. For a budget hotel, the large, comfortable room was better than I expected.

My husband, the kids, and I stayed for one night and had a good time, especially at the pool. Our room was clean and spacious, and we all slept well. It's a great-value option for budget travelers. We'll definitely come back when we're in Jogja.

My first outdoor yoga session was here. It felt safe and comfortable, and the owner and service were good.

The bedroom was cozy and the bathroom clean, but the pool was my favorite. Even though it's outside, it didn't get hot when we swam until midday, since the building blocked the sun and the fence was high enough.

Cornel Homestay is close to the city, with spacious rooms, a pool, and a clean, cozy feel, all at an affordable price. For me, it's the best homestay in Yogyakarta.
