The place was filthy and not worth even half of what they charge. There was mold on the bathroom walls, door, and toilet seat, and the shower smelled moldy. Ants were in the room, spider webs filled every corner, and the room walls looked as if they’d never been cleaned. The window curtain looked like it hadn’t been washed since the hotel opened. When we arrived, the linen hadn’t been changed. There was a big yellow stain in the middle, and the pillows still had makeup and lots of hair from the previous guest. The AC didn’t work, so it was hotter inside than outside. They didn’t provide toiletries or even a towel for after a shower. They quoted us one price, then changed it and asked for more money. We’ve already asked for a refund, but they keep making excuses. They don’t even give a receipt for payment.
