The room was dirty, with grime on the walls and a bad smell from the bed and pillows. I forgot to take a picture of the bed. The photos online show something much cleaner than what we found in person, so I uploaded some pictures too. Agoda gives it 4.5 ⭐, but when we arrived, we wanted to cancel after 30 minutes. The receptionist said they couldn’t because of the application. To me, it felt like a scam. There are several more hotels at the same address, which makes us wonder if they have the same owner but use different names for the same place. I looked at two other rooms on different levels with them, and they were the same as in the pictures.

The receptionists didn’t seem friendly or interested in working. I mainly stayed for the pool, but it was really dirty and covered in moss, as if it had never been cleaned. The room walls were moldy too. I really regretted it. The pool was disgusting.

The room was really bad, with old-school style tiles, and there was lots of rubbish in the basement. I stayed on the 29th and was charged around 500, even though the original price was around 170 thousand.
