I usually stay in central Jogja when I visit, but this time I chose a place out near the hills, about 20-30 minutes from the center. The neighborhood has been calm and quiet, with lovely clean air and amazing weather. The inn is near Palagan Street, where a lot of new trendy cafes have opened. It's also handy for heading uphill to Kopi Klotok, taking a Mount Merapi Jeep Tour, doing yoga at Ruas Bambu Nusa, or visiting the Ullen Sentalu Museum. Prambanan Temple is only about a 20-30 minute ride away, too. My room has been clean and spacious for one person, with a hot water shower. There's free drinking water in the shared area, parking for around 5-6 cars, and 5G internet. I've enjoyed the stay so far, especially chatting with the lovely couple who own the inn! 😆

The location was handy, with lots of places to eat nearby. The rooms looked tired, and the bathroom was extremely small. There was no smart TV, just local channels, and the Wi-Fi was veeeerry slooooow. My mobile data was faster.

I booked through the RedDoorz app for IDR 123,000, and the hotel charged me no extra amount when I arrived. The owner didn't change the price from what I paid in the app. The room was clean, with a working air conditioner and shower. They provided a towel and a bottle of mineral water, the Wi-Fi wasn't slow, and there was a prayer mat in each room. I arrived by car and found a large parking lot. I've also included a picture of the room in my review.
