The staff were consistently polite and friendly, and they really did try to help. That was the one good part of my stay. The hotel itself was disappointing. My room was tiny, poorly maintained, and had a stale smell the whole time. It also felt dirty and not properly cared for, which made it hard to get comfortable. Breakfast was another problem. It was included, but the choices were very limited and not appealing. By around 8am most of the food was gone, and it didn't seem to be replenished, so guests arriving later had very little left.

My parents came to visit me, as I'm Filipino and working in Jogja, and they wanted to stay near me. They had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the service. The manager, receptionists, servers, and even the guards were all friendly, helpful, and easy to approach.

It's right beside Jogja City Mall, so getting somewhere is no hassle.
