In 2013 this was a boarding house, and by 2023 it had become a hotel. The prices have gone up, of course, though not much compared with before. I first stayed here when the building was new and still had a slight paint smell, spending four months here on my honeymoon. Coming back nine years later, I found it just as comfortable and beautiful as I remembered. KK House has earned a regular spot on my list of the best places to stay in Yogyakarta. Keep up the good work, Ms. Mega.

Clean place, and the guards are friendly.

Parking is ample, the bathrooms are clean, and the Wi-Fi is especially good. The accommodation looks like the pictures, everything works, and the place is clean. Staff are around 24/7 if guests need help, so don't hesitate to ask.
