The location is close to plenty of places to eat, and the waitress was very friendly. We stayed two nights. The room smelled sooo good when we arrived, and the balcony in every room gives it great air circulation. The bathroom was clean and there was always hot water. You can hear sounds from other rooms, though. Thanks Komoreya, I'd love to come back :)

Quieter and with much less traffic than palagan street, this is a very good guest house. It's bright and spacious, with a nice, calm setup across 3 rooms. Works well for solo or personal travel, or a small group.
