The guards are friendly and hardworking, too. Stay healthy, sir. It's a good value, with a comfortable, quiet atmosphere and no noise. Rice paddies surround the area, and the morning air is cool. The bathroom is clean and well equipped, the water runs well, and hot water is always available. The TV and air conditioning both work well.

Everything worked during my stay, including the TV, WiFi, AC, and water heater. The guard was friendly too. I was very satisfied staying here.

The place is on a busy street that stays lively late, but it's on the edge of town, so getting around is quicker. It's in a busy complex with plenty of food stalls a short walk away, and the access road fits two cars, it's not an alley. The building is new, the rooms and surroundings are clean, and there’s a private bathroom with a hot shower and strong water flow. For 100,000 Rupiah you also get a large parking lot with a gate and security guard, towels, free refills from the water gallon, and use of a shared kitchen. The room setup is almost like Ibis Budget, with a bed, TV, desk, wardrobe, and sink. The man looking after the place is kind and easy to talk to. Bismillah, hope it gets even more popular. No need to hesitate, Nawasena Homey really is homey. I'll be coming back regularly.
