The sheets were stained and dirty, the room felt stuffy, and both the pool and yard were dirty. The hotel's photos don't match what it's like, and it felt as if I hadn't visited in a long time. They said my comment was a putdown. The hotel should update its photos instead of calling a customer a putdown. I didn't take pictures because I just wanted to leave quickly.

We stayed for three nights in 2022 while our newborn was still being monitored in the nursery and I, as the mother, had already been allowed to go home. It worked out better than renting a waiting room at JIH Hospital, which cost twice as much and meant sharing with other people. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi was fast, Netflix was available, and we had our own water gallon and a sink in the room, which mattered for washing breast pump equipment. There was also a pool. We could leave our things there, and the owner let me keep ice gels in the freezer so I could bring breast milk for the baby.

We stayed three nights. The pool was cleaned, and the kids were happy they could swim before checkout. The last night, though, the AC wasn’t cold. For the first two nights in the original room, the TV didn’t work. The guesthouse is on the ground floor with a cafe, while the second floor seems to be used as boarding rooms. It’s room only, tucked down an alley, with lots of food vendors and stalls nearby. The location is next to the DIY Regional Police and near Pakuwon Mall and JIH Hospital.
