The room was comfortable, and the shower had strong pressure with plenty of hot water. The elevator was out when we checked out, but staff carried our bags downstairs. Breakfast was closer to lunch, though it was well presented and good quality. There was also water, juice and cut fruit for a lighter bite.

We got in from Bali at 5:30 in the morning after 24 hours of travel, and the early check-in was really easy. We just needed a few hours' sleep before the 2 p.m. ferry to Raja Ampat. The first room's AC didn't work at all, so we moved. The next one turned on but couldn't cool the room. We were exhausted and didn't have it in us to switch rooms again. After sleeping for two hours and taking a shower, we waited downstairs where the AC worked until it was time to leave. The room was clean and the bed was nice, but without working AC it was much too hot.

Worst hotel I've stayed at. The elevator was broken, so I had to take the stairs to the third floor. The AC was bad, the lighting was poor, and every time I turned on the TV I had to get it fixed. There was no fridge, and the only thing outside the window was the attic.

A decent place with nice staff. Some rooms have been updated and those are great, while others haven't.
