I've lived here for 3 years, and I haven't seen any meaningful improvement in BM's management. In my view, things have actually gotten worse. Daily and hourly rentals without legal documents are increasing, and parking gets crowded every day with no solution or parking gate. There was also a criminal incident involving a resident's motorcycle battery being stolen, and nobody at BM took responsibility. I don't see P3SRS having any real effect; the regulations are still just as they were. Think twice before choosing to live or stay here.

The surroundings are tidy and very clean. Since the apartment is still new, only a few tenants have opened shops on the ground floor. There's a convenience store nearby, so daily necessities are easy to get.

I've already bought a unit. It's a good investment and works well for me because it's near my office. The marketing staff member, Mr. Teguh, was very helpful and had a great personality. I'm confident in the purchase and can't wait to live in urbantown serpong 😊👍🏽
