The food was a great surprise, especially the crispy croissant and fish teriyaki. Try their bakwan too. I came to Subang for work and was glad we found this hotel. It was very clean, the room was comfortable, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Sound carried a little from the corridors and next door, but otherwise it was a great stay.

Ms. Sakila's kindness is what I remember most. She was professional and warm, paid attention to the details, made check-in smooth, and shared useful local tips that helped us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel was clean, stylish, and well-equipped as well. We had a memorable stay and would happily return, especially with her there to welcome guests.

I didn't get to use the pool, but I enjoyed a quick workout in the gym, and the facilities felt quite complete. The hotel was cozy, the food was good, and I slept comfortably during my business trip at Laska. At breakfast I made a beeline for the salad bar, so I didn't try many other dishes, though the selection looked varied and it was fun walking past the different food booths. Thanks to Mbak Annisa for the warm welcome, I really appreciated it.

I only got to stay one night, but as someone who comes to Subang once a year, I think this is the best place to stay here. The room was very comfortable, and the price is affordable for the facilities, including a gym, pool, and semi-outdoor playground for kids. Don't miss breakfast, there was a variety of food and everything tasted amazing. Thanks to Ms. Annisa for the great service. I hope to return next year.
