The lobby staff were helpful, and that was the one good part. The room smelled dirty, the toilet had an ammonia odor that remained even after I tried cleaning it, and there were mosquitoes. The TV didn’t work, and I couldn’t get the free Wi-Fi connection to go through. The bed smelled bad and had yellowish stains. After only a few hours of rest, we started coughing and had runny noses. It seemed like a place for couples to have a quick encounter. We checked in around 6pm and left at 12 midnight, so it was a complete waste of money and time. I felt sorry for the staff, who had no choice but to serve us.

The karaoke place next door was so loud it disturbed my rest, and I don’t think I’d stay here again. The room itself was decent and had a bed, TV, AC, and sofa, but it smelled when I walked in, probably from the bathroom. I couldn’t tell whether it had been cleaned. The AC took a while to cool the room. The parking area is limited, though the lobby was clean and fairly elegant. Staff were friendly, but the corridors on each floor were quite dirty by comparison. I stayed here last night and had expected a cozier hotel based on my first impression. I’ve attached some pictures.

It’s a nice, comfortable place. The shower and water supply need work, though. If your room is near the lobby, ask the front desk to turn off the music. They play it around the clock and it can get annoying.

The sanitation was awful. There were two large cockroaches waiting in our bedroom, and another startled my wife in the bathroom. Extremely unpleasant.

A damp room, roaches, a rusty fence, and other issues. The price is low, so what do you expect? If you’ve got more money to spend, look for a better hotel 😊
