The room was quite spacious and the staff were friendly, but the parking setup made arrival awkward. It was already full, so we could use the valet or park at Car Park 2, about five minutes away. We picked Car Park 2 and weren’t given any help, which left us unsure what to do. Valet parking is available, though it only covers one parking occasion, so coming and going can be inconvenient. The sheets still had stains even after they were changed, and breakfast was pretty standard. We had a pleasant stay otherwise, but improving the parking arrangements would make the experience much better.

The room was spacious and clean, though a little noisy since it’s beside the road. The staff were very friendly. The parking area could use more space.

They need to train staff on how to communicate with hotel guests, including how they speak and reply to WhatsApp messages. The responses were handled very badly, with no greeting.

The biggest letdown was the shower’s limited hot water. The room was roomy, but the wardrobe was tiny. Breakfast was very crowded, even with separate sessions, since the restaurant is beside the pool and people waited around while their kids swam. The food selection and taste were both pretty standard. The reception staff and some of the restaurant waiters were hospitable, though. For a hotel, having to ration hot water for a shower is a bit much 😅

At Anugrah Hotel Sukabumi, there’s a poolside bar as well as leisure facilities, on-site places to eat, and a coffee shop where you can get freshly brewed coffee. Breakfast is served at the hotel, and there’s internet access and free parking. Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises except in designated areas.
