The glamping rooms are worth a try. It’s an affordable place in Sukabumi, kept clean and in good shape, with great service and a good breakfast buffet.

I came to Hotel Augusta for a seminar in one of its halls and was surprised by how nice the place felt inside. From outside I’d expected a small hotel without much to offer, but there’s a children’s pool and a playground, plus lovely natural scenery.

The rooms are fairly spacious, and the place could work well for a wedding or another celebration. It’s affordable too, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful.

The room is very spacious, and the hotel is easy to spot in ordinary traffic. But there’s no fan or AC in the standard room, no TV remote either, and the Wi-Fi signal was so poor that it didn’t even show up.

The prices are moderate, and the Sundanese food is tasty. They have dishes like pepes ikan, fried chicken, sambal, sayur asem, and lalapan. It’s an old-fashioned restaurant on the non-toll road toward Sukabumi, at Cikukulu, Karang Tengah, Jln Raya Sukabumi. The restaurant is connected with Hotel Augusta.
