The first-floor water heater at C20 could use another check. It only got the water lukewarm, not hot. Otherwise, it's a good, affordable spot for a family stay: 750k a night for 7 people. The place is in a one-gate cluster, so security feels reassuring, and there are plenty of facilities, including water gallons, a kitchen with cutlery, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV in each room.

I liked the calm morning feel around this well-built estate, and the house has nice design. It's a small house turned into a guest house, with maybe 4-5 rooms across two floors. There's also a small pool at the back. Rates run from IDR 220k to 400k per night, depending on room size.

The caretaker was really responsive whenever we needed help, and we got bread for breakfast plus some local food in a goody bag. We stayed one night in the clean, cozy villa, among permanent residents. There's a hot-water shower and an outdoor barbecue, though not every room has a TV or AC. Booking can be made with a down payment, and we had to sign an agreement when we arrived. The place has free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a kitchen, a fridge, 4 rooms, and 3 bathrooms. It was enough for all 9 of us.
