I want to thank Ibu Tesalonika, who rearranged our itinerary and managed to bring back a peaceful atmosphere. Her kindness is why we couldn’t bring ourselves to damage BKT’s reputation with the one-star rating I’d planned. The reason we were upset was a movie shoot that was extremely noisy and went on late into the night. We came hoping for peace and rest, but the people involved seemed to have no respect for the rules, and it was very disturbing. BKT shouldn’t be proud of hosting filming. If it provides space for movie shoots, it should be far from guest rooms.

The rooftop is nice, there’s a small playground for kids, and the rooms are spacious. Hospitality was nice too. My complaint is the Wi-Fi, which doesn’t reach the rooms, and the food and drinks. Food choices are basic, though what we tried was nice. Drinks are only syrup, not real fruit, and they’re too sweet. They only had infused water, no plain water. Overall, 3.5/5.

The road outside the hotel has big holes and isn’t suitable for sedan cars. Food didn’t interest me, and breakfast was very basic and tasteless. The room was standard, nothing great, though that was expected for the price. It took a long time for the shower to get hot, so I gave up and showered in the morning. Maybe other guests were using water at the same time. There was also a film crew in front of the hotel Friday evening and Saturday morning. If the hotel promotes rest, it shouldn’t invite crews, or should limit them to weekdays, or close the hotel instead. Overall, it wasn’t great and I probably won’t return.

Loved the facilities, food, and atmosphere. Had an excellent experience!
