Having the whole place to ourselves was great. It’s a private villa with its own entrance and pool, a king-size bed, a great bathroom, and a cooking area if you’d rather eat in. You can come and go whenever you like. It’s some distance from Ubud, but there’s a free shuttle there and back anytime, just call reception. If you eat out, give the restaurant their business card and they’ll call the villa to arrange pickup. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I’ll definitely stay here again.

We stayed just one night. A few pool tiles were cracked and scratched my son’s toe. There was no switch to drain the bathtub, and the bedside and night lamps were blown when we checked in. The TV had only 8 channels, and the internet signal was weak and the connection slow.

The villas are comfortable, and the staff are friendly with attentive service. Getting into Ubud takes a while, though they offer a free shuttle to the center whenever you need it. You can also rent a motorbike for about $5, which was cheaper than elsewhere. The Wi-Fi was poor, and the water pressure wasn’t great.

I’ve been back five times in the past 12 months, and this place really feels like my home away from home. It’s a lovely spot to unwind, with a private pool and great staff. If privacy and a relaxed stay are what you’re after, you’ll enjoy it here.

Breakfast was nice, and there were good options for lunch and dinner too. The staff were really cooperative, and having a private pool with the villa was lovely.
