The worst part was the water. While my sister was showering, it came out black and muddy. I showed the staff a video, and they said the tank had been cleaned, but we still had to wait about 4 hours before using the water again. We had already moved rooms because the first one was dirty, had no ventilation, and smelled awful. The second room had no ventilation either and was also dirty, including the bathroom. There was hair on the floor, mold in the water tank, and we swept the bathroom ourselves before showering. The water heater also didn't work. I wanted to leave a 1-star review, but gave 2 out of respect for the staff. I stayed during the holiday season last December. It was a traumatic first stay at an Airy room, and I really hope they improve the hotel.

There’s limited space for cars, though there is motorcycle parking. The room was clean and had a double bed for 2 adults and 1 child, plus a bottle of water and a snack for 2 people. It also had air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV with satellite channels, and an electric heater for hot and cold water. There was one bath towel. The TV remote didn't work, there was no kiblat direction, and smoke smell came in from outside. It’s near the food street area in Solo Baru.

There’s no elevator, and I was put on the 5th floor, so going up and down the stairs was exhausting. The room itself was cramped and stuffy, with no windows. The shower didn't work properly, and the bed was very hard. I've stayed at Airy many times, but this hotel was a real letdown. Sorry, but I can only give it 1 star.

The rooms are spacious and the hot water worked well. The location is handy, close to Hartono Mall and the park, and near a new food destination in Solo. Cleanliness could be better, though, and the cable TV often switched off by itself.
