The facilities are okay, but I've checked in here two or three times in different rooms, and the sheets and bolster pillows were never changed. They were white, but still a bit dirty. Housekeeping seems really incompetent.

The hotel itself is decent, but some guests are rude. They throw food scraps into the neighbor's yard, and cigarette butts get tossed around carelessly. Is there no bin in the room? Meanwhile, the photo of the trash...

The place and price are okay, but maintenance is lacking. There were lots of stains on the sheets, and I couldn't tell whether they had been cleaned because I found hair on the mattress. The bathroom was damaged, including the toilet and shower. There were both smart TVs and regular ones.

The damp or musty smell was the main issue. I noticed something musty on the first floor, while the second and third floors seemed fine. I found an animal on the first day, then decided to record a video the next day. The owner should provide a vacuum cleaner and flea spray, and the rooms may need maintenance because of the dampness. Otherwise, this is a new hotel with great service, good rooms, strong bathroom water, a working TV, and cold AC, although the new AC still needs maintenance and cleaning. There's a mini gym on the third floor and a convenience store downstairs for essentials and snacks. The hotel feels cool in the morning. It's about 20 minutes from the city centre, but there are plenty of food stalls, gas stations, and other convenience stores nearby. Dedicated parking fits three cars, with extra spaces beside the hotel. It felt secure, and the motorcycles were safe too.
