The staff were rude and had no manners with guests. In the room, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the AC barely cooled, as if it hadn’t been maintained and the freon wasn’t working properly.

Before I’d even gotten out of the car, the receptionist or waiter was already asking questions and shouting at me. They were rude, and should learn some manners. They blamed it on a new employee, but lots of people have already given this place one star. Being new isn’t an excuse. They should learn from the mistakes instead of making excuses.

The AC wasn’t cooling, and the staff member’s explanation made no sense. I’d only just arrived when I was immediately scolded and shouted at. The officer gave an unreasonable excuse. Please improve the facilities and your manners.

There are lots of food sellers right outside, and a minimarket is close by. The room and toilet were fine, really nice. 👍👍
