Comfy Studio Apartment near UNPAD @ Taman Melati Jatinangor

A nice apartment.

The pool view is really good, and the hotel feels quite peaceful since it’s away from the main road noise. The room is apartment-sized but rather small. On holidays, the rate is 500,000 Rupiah.

I had an overnight stay in Jatinangor and tried this apartment. Breakfast was a buffet with quite a range of choices, including rice dishes, porridge, sausages, toast, fruit, and other items. You can ask for an omelet too. It’s unusual for an apartment to serve breakfast, especially a buffet. The food was okay, pretty standard hotel buffet fare. You can eat inside or outside by the pool, which looks out toward the Ring Bridge. The studio felt like a hotel room and was fairly clean. It had a refrigerator and a kettle for tea and coffee, though the hot water didn’t last long. The lobby is nicely furnished, with lots of sofas to sit on while waiting, plus several food and drink vending machines. There’s an Indomaret as well. Parking is free in the basement, just take your receipt to the front desk.

They handled check-in really well, and breakfast was tasty with a varied menu: fried rice, naskun, migor, sweet and sour fish, dessert, and buryam. The room felt cramped with twin beds. The bathroom floor was a bit crusty, although the toilet itself was fairly clean.
