Apartemen Puncak Permai Tower B 14

It's handy for nearby schools like PETRA, CIPUTRA, and UNESA, and for shopping and entertainment at the traditional market, food crawl, department store, and XXI cineplex at landmark, PTC, and Ciputra Word. The apartment has a pool, gym, 24-hour security, self card, cafe, indomart, and laundry. I think it's a very good place. I've lived here for seven months, and the lift keeps having problems. The fitness center is in bad shape too: only one treadmill worked, and another was still broken a month later. All the equipment is damaged, and maintenance is very poor.

It's beside pasar modern, which makes the location great, and there's a big swimming pool. The facilities are simple, though. The gym isn't maintained well, and parking space is limited.

The outside looks nice, but the inside is a different story. After staying for a month or so, you'll see what I mean. The building isn't maintained properly, and the cleaning staff don't keep the garbage room in order. People leave rubbish on the floor, so the hallway ends up smelling.
