The room was big and comfortable, with a desk, sofa, huge bed, and floor-to-ceiling windows with nice views. The bed and pillows were very soft, and there was heated water for baths and showers. Breakfast was okay and worth it, though the dining room hygiene could be looked at 😅. I’d definitely recommend it for a staycation with a partner or family 👌

Alvin made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, with warm, personal service. The whole team was friendly and professional, and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The room was spotless, the location convenient, and the hotel's style felt both cozy and stylish, a nice fit for a relaxing city break. There was loud noise from the heater during showers and sometimes from the neighboring room's door. Aside from that, the stay went smoothly, even in Surabaya’s scorching weather. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend the hotel for its service, cleanliness, and comfort. Can’t wait to return! 🥰

The restaurant was the weakest part of the stay. It didn’t feel cozy, cleanliness seemed below standard, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and there wasn’t much seating. Small things were missed too, like a spoon for stirring coffee, and the condiments looked old. It didn’t feel like a proper hotel restaurant. Breakfast was average. The staff were friendly but didn’t seem well trained. There are plenty of positives elsewhere. The hotel is near major malls, parking is spacious and convenient, and the small lobby is neat and clean. Check-in was smooth, staff were friendly, and they handled the bags well. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a good bed, useful large desk, excellent modern TV, working Wi-Fi, adequate amenities, and a roomy bathroom with a standard bathtub. The pillows are firm, which may not suit everyone. Cleanliness is acceptable, though the bathroom could be better. Some details got in the way of comfort: the bathroom has no separate light switch, so its lights go off with the main room switch, inconvenient at night. There are only two elevators, slow at peak times, not very clean, and smelly. Key cards often took several tries to work. The room lighting was too dim and lacked a warm ambient feel. It’s a solid 3-star hotel with comfortable rooms, good parking, and a strong location. Elevator cleanliness, lighting, key card problems, and the restaurant’s upkeep kept it from earning a higher rating. It works for short stays or business trips, but may disappoint guests looking for a refined hotel experience.

The hotel has a creative, artsy feel, and the welcome drink at the angkringan area was a nice touch. It was especially chill when there was live music. I also liked spending evenings at One Deck Gastropub, and there are plenty of cool 24-hour hangout spots nearby, so the location is great. The suite was modern, spacious, and clean, with complete amenities. Every suite has a bathtub, and having the bathroom separate from the toilet was convenient. Breakfast had a delicious range of choices. The Artspace on the UG and GF floors is worth seeing. It’s currently showing paintings by talented special needs kids, which gives the place extra meaning. Definitely one of Surabaya’s artsier lifestyle hotels. I’d happily come back! 💯✨
