Best Choice And Cozy Stay Studio At Puncak Kertajaya Apartment

I love how quiet and clean their big swimming pool is. For a beautiful view, stay on the outer side of a tower, on the eighth floor or above. 💕 The residence card is useless now, though, since they completely changed the lift policy and switched to fingerprint sensors.

Parking adds another cost: it's around Rp100,000 a month, or you get charged by the hour, which is more expensive. They also say management isn't responsible for lost vehicles, which I believe conflicts with Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. Parking operators are responsible for compensation for damage, pollution, or loss arising from parking services. And the elevator in tower a shakes like crazy. Electricity is Rp1,800 per kWh, so if you usually pay Rp300,000-400,000 elsewhere, expect Rp600,000-700,000 here.

They suddenly changed the parking subscription from Rp75,000 per month to Rp225,000 for three months, with no announcement. Do they expect every resident to stay all year? Some people are only here temporarily. If you find a better apartment, go for it. This place is a joke.

The apartment is in a good spot, with lots of public places nearby: Superindo, Giant, universities, hospitals, a traditional market, a jogging track, restaurants, and more.
