Right in the city center, this 25-story complex has two towers and includes apartments and a condotel. There’s also a SOHO, restaurant, meeting room, and other facilities.

I wanted to rest in room B1809, but it was really uncomfortable. There was so much dust, with cobwebs on the decorative ornaments, and the whole room smelled stale, like a warehouse that had been shut up for ages.

The place is livable, with plenty of residents, decent facilities, and a strategic location. The engineers, cleaning staff, and security are helpful, and management responds quickly. That’s a welcome change from apartments where everything turns into a mess of overdue IPL, fines, and shutoffs. Hope it keeps improving.
