The housing complex is very dirty. I've got an extra-quiet-loving neighbor who likes her "klintingan" zen at 2 a.m., but can't stand a dog barking and is very, very protective of her adult daughter, who's old enough to work, getting sleep.

It's okay.
This residential area sits at the end of MERR and isn't too large. It has 10 clusters with Balinese-style names, two places of worship, a church and a mosque, plus busy apartments and foodpromade. The location is strategic, with two routes to Raya Merr near the Juanda and Tambak Sumur toll gates, as well as access from Raya Rungkut Madya. It's right beside the UPN campus.
Built in the early 2000s, this housing complex sits in a strategic spot between Raya Rungkut Madya and MERR. The developer unfortunately handled the stalled Puri City project irresponsibly.
