The balcony was handy for sitting out and smoking, and I appreciated having an elevator and a shared kitchen. The food was tasty, and the place was clean and comfortable for the price. I found a rate of 220 on the Godain app, though booking through WhatsApp directly was even cheaper at 200,000, right? It wasn't much more than the implant. The location is very strategic, but at night it can feel like the middle of nowhere. We were visiting from outside Surabaya during Ramadan and went looking for suhoor, only to end up out in the street. That's not the hotel's fault, and there may be other options we just don't know about. Would I stay here again if I return to Surabaya? Of course.

I stayed three days ago and found it quiet, peaceful, and very safe. The receptionist and the rest of the staff were friendly. I left my key so they could recharge my card, and when I came back, the room had been tidied and my things were still neatly arranged and safe. I don't regret booking here. Highly recommend it, and I'd stay again on another long holiday.

For a price in the 200s, the twin bed room is very good value, with a TV, AC, and hot water. Parking can be an issue when the lot is full. Also, the electricity may switch off automatically, so you have to remove the card.

The rooms, location, and parking are all okay, and the stay wasn't disappointing. Night service is the best, you can ask for whatever you need. Daytime reception is lacking, though. When you need someone, they're not at the front desk. Please improve that.

The place is in a good spot and easy to get to. The receptionist needs improvement, since they're not usually at the desk. If we need to speak with them, we have to call to the back.
