Even with a huge thunderstorm around 11pm, they still welcomed me when I checked in super late. Really proud of them. Great price, great location, and the staff gave excellent service.

There isn't a tea maker, though having a water refill available is really useful for guests like me. The room was clean and cozy, with good hot water, TV programs, and air conditioning. I stayed because the hotel is close to where I had business, and I loved the location. I'd recommend it and would stay here again.

I spent two nights here and had no complaints. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and there was hot water in the shower. For an affordable place, the three-star feel, elevator, and complete amenities were a nice surprise. It's well placed for getting around on foot, with street food kiosks and convenience stores nearby, plus a fast food restaurant within ten minutes' walk and an ATM centre.

The environment is the one good thing, especially if you want to stay in suburban Surabaya. Otherwise, this budget hotel has a really bad vibe, no room service, and pretty poor amenities.

It's cheap, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room and sheets were dirty. When I mentioned it to the receptionist, they said the sheets were a laundry container.
