We had to ask for another room because the first one still had the previous guests' sheets. They'd only made it look clean, and it clearly wasn't. The replacement sheets were dirty too, worn out like they'd been used for years, with cigarette burns and all. The other room was worse: a filthy toilet, a shower that didn't work properly, very dirty slippery floors, wall stains, no blanket sheets, and a bad smell. Other guests smoked inside. Then they tried to charge us twice for a room we'd already paid for in full. The OYO staff didn't seem to care when we told them what was happening. We'd thought OYO was a good chain before this. Really disappointing.

I checked in at eight. Later, as I was heading home, I remembered I'd left my earphones on the bed. The employee hadn't messaged or called to ask whether I'd forgotten anything. I wanted to go back, but it was already like this. Hopefully they'll have my earphones stored when I go there tomorrow morning.
