Room 305 had bed bugs, which was especially disappointing. The extra services were lacking too: the TV had no remote, the AC wasn't cold enough, and the mineral water was just refilled.

The room was dirty, and even the pillows weren't soft. The receptionist was awful too. This is the worst, ugliest, dirtiest Redoors. If you're going to Redoors, try not to stay here. It's really bad, don't regret coming here.

The room felt small for the price, and the breakfast was just undercooked fried rice with crackers and no side dishes. I've had a better hotel in Madura at the same price, with delicious breakfast. I'm fed up with coming back here. Kokoon Hotel costs the same and has satisfactory facilities.

My room on the 3rd floor of Jl. Jawa was uncomfortable, and the hotel seemed poorly maintained. I thought the low price was because I booked during the school return period. After I protested a bit, I moved to the 2nd floor, where I felt better. The water and lights worked better there too.

The prices are fairly affordable, not too expensive. Rooms are clean, cool, safe, and comfortable, and the friendly service makes you feel at home.
