Finding it can be tricky since it's tucked down an alley, though the location isn't too far away. The place itself is pretty good for the low price, but the room is small. The mattress could be better too. It shifts out of place when you do things on the bed, which gets annoying.
It's fairly clean, but there's no separate area for smokers and non-smokers.
Way too noisy between 9 pm and 2 am.
The rates are still pretty affordable, and it's worth the money. The room and toilet were clean. It felt safe and comfortable for indulging your desires.
The room itself is really comfortable, and the owner responds well on WA. But whenever I check in, the woman on duty is grumpy and acts indifferent. Residents of Claudya have also told me she badmouths the owner and other residents and starts fights when the owner isn't around, even though she seems kind in front of the owner. I've also heard that people nearby and residents of Claudya borrowed money and promised to repay it at the start of the month, but the lenders are still waiting and haven't got their money back. I hope the owner doesn't hire workers with this kind of character. Poor owner, and apparently there have been many victims. As for the room, everything is very comfortable.
