Guests who aren't residents have to park at Pakuwon Mall on level P2, since visitor cars can't use the tower parking. That was very confusing. The apartment itself is great, above Pakuwon Mall and Pakuwon Trade Center in west Surabaya. It has a pool connected to Anderson tower, plus a fitness center, jogging track, residents lounge, multi-function room, and a sky garden where you can see the city.

The customer service was actually pretty good, and they explained things nicely. But the room didn't live up to the lobby, which looks really good. The room wasn't okay either, and there was a septic tank smell when I showered. No wonder the reviews are so bad.

The staff are super friendly, and the complex has fantastic pools. I just wish the gym had more hand weights, with more than one set in each weight range. That would be an inexpensive purchase and make a big difference.

The inside was clean, but checking in took a long time because the owner was hard to reach. I called her more than 20 times, and she didn't answer for 45 minutes. After that she picked up and sent an employee, who took over 10 minutes to arrive even though she lived in the same apartment.
