Vasa Hotel Surabaya

The room had a warm wooden feel, with the couch, lighting, and colors all working really well together. I loved how comfortable and clean the pillow and mattress were. Breakfast was great too, especially the very authentic soto ayam (Chicken noodles). The one thing I'd improve is the shower head: the water spreads out too much instead of coming through in a focused stream.

Meetings here are professionally arranged and well organized, with complete facilities. There’s a wide range of food, and it consistently tastes good, so it’s enjoyable to try different dishes. The room is thoughtfully laid out, separating the sleeping area from the shower and toilet for privacy, and the elevators are easy to access. Vasa Hotel often feels lively in the evenings, with birthday parties creating a festive but orderly atmosphere. The road out front gets congested, especially at peak times. Prices can feel a little high, though they do match the quality of the facilities. Overall, Vasa Hotel is a comfortable choice with complete amenities and a lively atmosphere, as long as you keep the traffic and premium pricing in mind.

Being chosen as Guest of The Day made our stay feel even more special. I had a wonderful time at Vasa Hotel Surabaya. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the team gave excellent, attentive service. Highly recommended. We'd be happy to stay again.

The room was an okay size, quiet, and smelled really nice. There are lots of restaurants in the hotel, with a good range of food, and Pakuwon Mall is a short distance away. Service was great, with friendly, helpful staff all around. Complaints.
