For a few days, my family and I had a fairly nice stay. The facilities are great for a budget hotel, though being part of a chain hotel management, I expected more. The room didn't look like the pictures on the apps, and the lobby needs some attention, including replacement of a broken portable fan.

For a cheap hotel, the room quality and service are quite good. It's in the middle of Surabaya, near bungul garden. The place feels quite old and could use some fresh ideas to bring it back to life. I'd like to visit again sometime.

The employees' service was very bad. They were loud and impolite, and didn't give us good privacy. The room and facilities were only so-so for the price. I won't recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other places to stay, so don't use this one.

Glad I got to stay at this hotel. I might come back sometime, though I'm not sure yet.

It was affordable and comfortable, though the staff weren't very friendly.
