The room was super clean, with a lovely bathroom, good hot water, and toiletries. There’s no lift, so be ready for the stairs. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Bring an international charging adapter if you can, since they don’t have one. We had to borrow their charger because there was no other option. We visited Aug 28-29. Check-in was at 2pm, but we arrived at 12pm and they got the room ready right away without charging extra. They took a 100k IDR security deposit, which they return at checkout, but remember to ask for it back. There’s no breakfast, laundry, or bike rental at the place. You can get water outside the stay, but they only provide 2 small bottles, and they don’t offer extra even for a fee. There are plenty of cheap laundries nearby, but no bike rentals. For transport, it’s Grab or the local bus, and the bus stop is a 500m walk. There are lots of warungs, or local shops, but no restaurants nearby, so you’ll need to take a Grab to one. Overall, the rooms are clean.

I found this place for an affordable business trip stay near Airlangga University B campus. It’s only 5-10 minutes by Gojek, or a 15-minute walk, and close to groceries and lots of food stores. I paid 100k through Traveloka. The room was very clean, the wifi was great, and the water heater worked well. The front desk was quite nice, too. The amenities are enough for two people, even though the room is small. From outside it looks like a home or boarding house, so you might be a little confused if you don’t know the place. Check the house number carefully and it’s easy to find. They asked for a 50k deposit upfront and returned it at checkout. I had a great stay and would recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable, clean place for a short stay. It was my first time here, and I only needed somewhere to sleep during a business trip.

Everything seemed good until I noticed the toilet in Room 208 wouldn’t flush properly. Hope you can fix it soon! 😁
