The apartment is beautiful, with great facilities and cleanliness. My favorite part was watching the sunrise from the room balcony.

Set in eastern Surabaya, this project belongs to a leading construction company owned by the Indonesian government. The plan is for a resort-style apartment community with a mall and other facilities. The design feels green and comfortable, and comes from an American multinational firm with an impressive track record. The mall is due to be built soon, with the first tower scheduled for delivery at the end of 2019.

There's plenty of parking, and the garden-side playground is nice for kids. Seems like a good spot for a garden party.
