Everything else was good, but the receptionist at the front seemed indifferent and wasn’t very friendly.

The morning staff were friendly and attentive, though the night staff seemed a little grumpy, hehe. I’d like to see the room and bathroom facilities improved, especially inside the room. The hot water worked, but the room’s lighting was dim and I didn’t like it. There was no tissue, the TV was too small, mosquitoes were everywhere, and the AC wasn’t very cold. It was also noisy in the morning and disrupted my sleep. The Wi-Fi kept cutting out, and my phone signal dropped as soon as I went into the room. Outside the room things looked okay, but inside there was a musty smell. I couldn’t tell if it was the mattress or something else. Some wall boards were peeling and left a gaping, potentially dangerous hole. The bathroom was small and slippery, smelled of urine, had an exhaust fan that didn’t work, and still had trash from previous users.

I’m commenting based on what happened to me, and I’m tired of typing all this out. The hotel seemed unprofessionally managed. The price didn’t match the app, and the receptionist charged tens of thousands extra, saying the advertised price was wrong. There was no soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, toilet paper, or facial tissue, and they provided just one towel. The staff weren’t welcoming, and would just look at guests coming in before walking away. They also talked and joked loudly, with laughter carrying into the room, and couldn’t keep their composure. The room phone didn’t work, whether it had been unplugged or disconnected on purpose. Parking was cramped, and with several guests arriving by car, it wasn’t clear where to park. The shower had no hot water. I don’t know if it was switched off or simply unavailable. The AC didn’t cool enough and dripped water. Sorry, this is just my experience. Thank you.

Please don’t let housekeeping be lazy or dirty. The cook came into the room and was surprised to find semen on the bed.
