The rooms and beds are big, and the service was really nice. The hotel has a cool traditional style, so it doesn't feel boring and looks great in photos.

The palace is beautifully decorated and the rooms are lovely, but the staff were miserable. They let cats in because their manager owns one of them, which felt unprofessional. Nobody could speak even a couple of words in two foreign languages. They were lazy and slow, always chatting, and couldn't clean the bathrooms.

There was no Wi-Fi, the shower pressure was low, and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. The staff couldn't speak simple English. People smoked cigarettes outside my room, and I could smell it indoors. There were mosquitoes too.
