OYO Life 93202 Pentagon Homestay Syariah

I don't recommend this place. The staff member seemed not to understand, even with a translator, and the door wouldn't close properly or the shower work. The air conditioning, Wi-Fi, price, and location were okay for me, but that woman ruined the whole experience. We'd booked a room with a king size bed for two, but she first wanted to put both of us in a room with a single bed. After checking our reservation, she gave us two single-bed rooms and told us that was fine. The next day, we were told we had to pay for both rooms. We paid because we didn't have much choice, and it was cheap, so we didn't want to make a fuss. It was still very unprofessional.
