The bathroom smelled like pee, one pillow had a man's perfume smell and the other smelled of oily hair. The sheets had dirt and stains, but when I asked for fresh ones, staff said they were clean and the marks were just stains. The walls were stained too, and the ceiling was broken. The lobby reeked of smoke, with people smoking there. We asked to cancel and get a refund. Staff told us to use the app, but it showed the booking as non-refundable. I guess that money's gone.
