The location is strategic, and the room was clean and comfortable thanks to the attentive Housekeeping team. The Front Office crew were super friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Nia, Ms. Meta, Ms. Shinta and the other staff. They made us feel at home. I’d really recommend this hotel, especially for business or family stays.

The staff were very helpful, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The location is really good. The hotel itself needs a lot of upgrades, though. The carpet is old and dated, and the rooms need an uplift. It works for one cheap, cheerful night, but I wouldn’t choose it for longer.

They moved us to another room because the AC needed maintenance, but the replacement room was much hotter than the one we had before. The TV with wifi was also gone in the new room. Swiss Bellin Jakarta is much better. Not recommended.

I’m exhausted and really disappointed. For two days and two nights, noise from the room above kept me awake, with loud footsteps, banging, and thumping that started around 10 PM and carried on until morning. It sounded like someone was stomping and jumping constantly. The soundproofing is terrible. At the price I paid, this was unacceptable. A hotel should be somewhere you can rest, not somewhere you count the hours until sunrise. I hope management takes this seriously, because this place doesn’t feel worth the cost.

The service was excellent. We needed a wheelchair for an emergency, and all the staff responded really well. They helped my brother get to the hospital using the hotel car.
