The room was spacious, clean, and smelled fresh, with a lovely view over the lively streets of Surabaya. We got there before check-in, so we went to the mall across the street. Pak Ferry kindly let me know on WhatsApp when the room was ready, which was so considerate. From security through to the front desk, Pak Ferry and the rest of the front office team were welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay, with its great location, warm hospitality, and good value for the price. I’ll definitely be back.

A great room, good food, and a perfect location, but what really stands out is the hospitality. I’m already planning to bring my family back. Big thanks to Pak Mujib for making the airport ride smooth and comfortable. Best decision ever. See you!

The food was the worst part of the stay. I had breakfast after new year, and it tasted awful. The bubur ayam was salty, the pastry was flavorless, and there weren’t many options. Most of the food was a disaster. I was very disappointed with this staycation and wouldn’t recommend it at all. The room wasn’t anything special and looked old, though the location and view were good, close to the tunjungan mall with a view of tunjungan street from the window.

I’ve stayed here a few times and haven’t had any problems so far. The food is just so-so, but there are lots of choices in the area, so go explore. The hotel is across from Tunjunga Plaza via an overhead bridge with a lift. It’s often busy with event attendees, and there may not be seats available at meal times, so be patient.
