The Colins by OYO Rooms

The Wi-Fi was great, and the staff cleaned the room every day. There are plenty of food choices around G-Walk, which is really close, and the US Consulate is nearby too. Good facilities for the price, and I had a good experience overall. Just check that the hot shower is working, since sometimes there isn't any hot water. Thank you.

I booked online, then traveled 30 minutes from the city to get there, only to be told by the receptionist that the rooms were full. They told me to call the OYO call center and cancel for a refund. After I canceled, I got no refund at all. I paid for nothing and felt completely trolled. I'm very disappointed with OYO's system and won't come back.

The staff were nice, but the room was in terrible shape. The floor was filthy, there was mold on the walls, and I had to ask for fresh sheets because the ones there had already been used. There was no hot water, and by morning my bag was damp from leaning against the wall overnight. I'm never staying at an OYO again. It's a shame to see negative reviews get replies saying they're sorry, when nothing seems to be done to improve things.

A bloody nightmare. There was noise all night, then drilling and banging early in the morning. It seemed like people were doing work at night, and people walking on the steps were noisy too. The sheets had stains, and mosquitoes were buzzing under the blanket. Horrible experience 😭😭😭
