I'd definitely stay here again and come back.

The room was recently mopped, and it has cool AC plus plenty of outlets. It's not very big, but it has a hotel-style card key. The location is fairly strategic in a residential neighborhood, and CI service was quick, under 5 minutes. The downside is there were no towels or other toiletries, just a thin blanket. I'd rate it 7/10.

I had booked, but when I arrived they canceled my check-in without discussing it with me. The homestay gave no help with the refund, so I had to sort it out myself. I couldn't find the owner either, just a guard who said he didn't know.

The rooms were comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and the AC nice and cool. It's a good place to stay, though it's a shame there were no blankets or breakfast. Still, it was okay overall.

Quite good, but they don't provide Aqua, and there's no cleaning service.
